1. Acceptance

By using Ace’s Dugout you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the update.

2. Independent fan site

Ace’s Dugout is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional league, club or player. See our Disclaimer page for details.

3. Accounts

  • You must be 13 or older to create an Ace’s Club account.
  • You are responsible for your credentials and everything done with your account.
  • Choose a username that is not offensive and does not impersonate anyone.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.

4. Ace Coins, XP and rewards

  • XP, levels, streaks, badges and Ace Coins are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, traded, redeemed for cash or transferred.
  • They are a revocable licence to use in-site features, not property. We may adjust, rebalance, expire or remove them at any time, including on account closure.
  • Daily Spin, challenges and giveaways are free to enter and are games of participation, not gambling. No purchase is necessary and no real-money prize is offered.
  • Automating, exploiting bugs, or using multiple accounts to farm rewards may result in reset balances or a ban.

5. Community content

You keep ownership of what you post in the Clubhouse, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it on the site. Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, spam, or that infringes anyone’s rights. We may remove content or accounts at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape at scale, attack, reverse engineer, or resell access to the site or its data feeds, and do not use the site in a way that breaches the terms of any upstream data provider.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The site and all sports data are provided “as is”, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is normally nothing).
