Who we are

Ace’s Dugout is an independent fan site. This policy explains what we collect when you browse the site or join Ace’s Club. Contact: hello@acesdugout.com

What we collect

• Account data: email address and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the basic profile that provider shares with us.
• Profile data you choose to add: username, avatar, favorite players and theme.
• Activity data: XP, level, streaks, Ace Coins, spins, achievements, poll votes, predictions and Clubhouse posts.
• Technical data: basic log and device information needed to serve and secure the site.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not run advertising profiling.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account, run Ace’s Club features (XP, spins, leaderboards, community), send account emails such as verification and password resets, and to keep the site working and abuse-free.

What is public

Your username, avatar, level, streak, badges and Clubhouse posts are visible to other users and on leaderboards and public profile pages. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Processors

We use a managed cloud backend for authentication, database and storage, and an email provider (notify.acesdugout.com) for account emails. Live sports data is fetched from a public league statistics API.

Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your favorite player and poll votes. No third-party advertising cookies.

Retention and your rights

We keep account data until you delete your account. You can request access, correction, export or deletion by emailing hello@acesdugout.com; deleting your account removes your profile, activity and Clubhouse posts. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the GDPR or CCPA.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
